These 3000+ square foot houses are great for spending an afternoon watching your favorite shows, or you can stroll the sidewalks and get to know your neighbors in this beautiful community of 80 homes.

Lincoln Estates is located in Newton County, an outlying suburb of metro Atlanta, less than an hour to the city. Beautiful scenery not only makes Newton a great place to create films but a great place to live as well.

Covington Georgia

Newton County, like most of the metro Atlanta area, has seen tremendous growth in the last decade. Keeping pace with the growth, the county has nine new schools and 57 new classrooms. Newton Medical Center provides state-of-the-art acute care for the region and is the county’s second-largest employer with CR Bard, General Mills, and Pactiv being leading industry employers of the county. The Georgia Methodist Conference founded Emory College in Oxford in 1836, and today Emory University still houses an extension here, Emory at Oxford. With the abundant green space, excellent education and many housing options, Newton County would be a fine choice to call home.
