In this step, we help you arrange for your loan and prepare paperwork to secure your homesite. Once this is done, we can obtain a building permit to do the prep work.
The Design Experience is where you get to express yourself. You’ll choose all the exciting details that help make your home even more distinctively yours from exterior finishes, countertops, cabinet style, wood stain color, appliance packages and more.
